22bb Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and the 22bb ("Platform", "we"), which operates the 22bb.click website and all associated services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, roulette, slots, crash games, and the VIP Program.

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 22bb — whether via mobile browser, desktop, or any other device — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. Continued use of the platform following any update to the Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling, which are an integral part of this document.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use the services of 22bb, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older — use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• Be a resident of or be located in Brazil at the time of use.
• Hold a valid CPF registered and in good standing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal).
• Not be enrolled in any gambling self-exclusion program, whether through 22bb or in self-exclusion programs recognized in Brazil.
• Not be an employee, service provider, partner, or immediate family member of an employee of 22bb.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code.

3. Registration & Account

Each User may create one account only on the 22bb. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, or bank details is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being blocked, with any accumulated balances and bonuses forfeited.

At the time of registration, the User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. The User is responsible for keeping their details current at all times.

Full identity verification — including submission of a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH) and proof of address — is required to process the first withdrawal. The 22bb may request additional documentation at any time for compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations (AML/CFT).

• The User is responsible for keeping their password secure and confidential.
• The 22bb recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• The 22bb is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's failure to keep their credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All amounts on the 22bb are processed exclusively in BRL (R$). The platform does not accept, process, or display amounts in any other currency.

Accepted deposit methods: Pix, bank slip (boleto), credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via major Brazilian banks including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 10.00.
• Pix deposits are credited within seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits via boleto bancário may take up to 2 business days to clear.
• The 22bb does not charge fees on deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts held by the User themselves, as identified by the registered CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00.
• Pix withdrawals to verified accounts are processed in up to 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• The 22bb does not charge fees on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements described in section 6.
• The 22bb may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, in accordance with AML/CFT regulations.

5. Betting Rules

The 22bb offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, with full coverage of Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC/MMA, NBB, Superliga de Vôlei, CBLOL, and the top international competitions. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 per selection or accumulator.
• Bets are final once confirmed in the system — it is not possible to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except through the Cash Out feature when available.
• If an event is postponed by more than 24 hours, the wagered amount is automatically refunded to the User's balance.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, permanently suspended, or not completed will be refunded, unless the market rules specify otherwise.
• The 22bb reserves the right to void bets suspected of abuse, such as exploitation of odds errors (palpable errors), coordinated market manipulation, or the use of automated software.
• Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply.
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays — 22bb may suspend live markets at any time for technical reasons or to protect the integrity of an event.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The 22bb offers bonuses and periodic promotions, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit (up to R$ 500.00). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each User is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only, tied to the CPF registered at sign-up.
• The bonus amount itself is not withdrawable — only the winnings generated through the bonus, after the rollover requirement has been met, may be withdrawn.
• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount received on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, within 30 calendar days of receiving the bonus.
• Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover completion.
• Failure to complete the rollover within the specified period results in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any winnings generated exclusively from the bonus amount.
• The 22bb reserves the right to cancel bonuses at any time if abuse is suspected — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, matched betting (arbitrage), or any manipulation of promotional terms.

The specific conditions of each promotion are published alongside the offer and take precedence over the general terms in the event of any conflict. The VIP Program of 22bb has its own rules available in the VIP Program.

7. Casino & Online Games

The casino games available at 22bb — including roulette (European, French, American, Lightning Roulette), blackjack, baccarat, slots, crash games, and game shows — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by internationally recognized independent testing laboratories. Live tables with real dealers are provided by licensed Live Casino operators.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are publicly available on the information page for each title on the platform.
• Casino game results are determined solely by RNG algorithms or live rounds — the 22bb does not interfere with results.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session (connection drop, server error), any bets in progress will be settled based on the game state recorded on the platform's servers at the time of the failure. Your game history can be reviewed in the account dashboard.
• The 22bb reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

Any winnings obtained from casino games at 22bb is credited immediately to the User's balance once the result is confirmed by the system.

8. User Conduct

The User agrees to use the platform of 22bb exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF or to obtain duplicate bonuses.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts to manipulate markets or gain an artificial advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, odds mistakes, or system failures to obtain undue gains.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Using another person's login credentials or sharing your account with others.
• Any form of fraud, deception, or dishonesty toward 22bb or other users.

Any violation of the above will result in immediate account suspension, balance hold for review, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.

9. Responsible Gambling

The 22bb takes responsible gambling seriously and provides tools to help Users stay in control of their activity on the platform. Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment — they should never be seen as a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

• Deposit limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account dashboard.
• Session limit: You can set a maximum session time with automatic alerts.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Users can request a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day break — activation is immediate.
• Permanent self-exclusion: This can be requested from support at any time, takes effect immediately, and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 5 years.

The 22bb does not send marketing communications to users under self-exclusion. If patterns of problematic gambling behavior are detected, the platform may proactively reach out to the User to offer support and assistance resources. For more information, visit our Responsible Gambling.

10. Privacy & LGPD

The processing of Users' personal data by 22bb is carried out in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, which includes:

• User account creation and management.
• Processing of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals).
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including AML/CFT requirements.
• Service improvement and personalization of the platform experience.
• Communications about promotions, unless the User has opted out of receiving them.

All communications and transactions on 22bb are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. User data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes, except as required by law or a competent authority.

11. Account Closure

The User may request account closure at any time by contacting 22bb by email at contato@22bb.click or via live chat. The available balance (excluding bonuses with incomplete rollover) will be refunded to the User within the standard withdrawal timeframe after identity verification.

The 22bb may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illicit activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months.
• Order issued by a competent judicial or regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 22bb reserves the right to hold the account balance for review and may issue a partial or full refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.

12. Limitation of Liability

The 22bb makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and functioning properly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the event of a technical outage, the User will not be entitled to compensation for lost profits or indirect damages resulting from temporary loss of access.

The 22bb is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the User — all bets are the sole responsibility of the bettor.
• Internet connection failures on the User's end that result in lost live bets or game sessions.
• Actions by third parties, including game software providers, that cause service interruptions or alterations.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized use of the User's account due to the User's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the liability of the 22bb for willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990) and applicable Brazilian law.

13. Changes to the Terms

The 22bb reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users with at least 7 days in advance by email and via a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes automatic acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the new terms take effect, as described in section 11.

The date of the most recent update to this document is always shown at the top of the page. A history of previous versions may be requested from 22bb.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws in force in Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Lei 8.078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018).

For the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms, the parties select the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo/SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
